Body and trim parts are the external panels, bumpers, mouldings and handles that make up the vehicle body, covering both accident repair and the high-wear items that fail with age.
Body parts are the most variant-sensitive lines in the catalogue. Trim level, facelift year, parking sensor provision and mirror type all change the part, often without changing the model name.
Door handles are the highest-volume trim item across the network. They are a wear item rather than an accident item, and they fail on high-mileage vehicles regardless of condition elsewhere.
Colour-coded parts are generally supplied primed rather than finished. Budget for paint and allow for the time in the quote.

Do body panels arrive painted?
Generally no. Panels and bumpers are usually supplied in primer, ready for preparation and paint. Confirm the finish with the branch when quoting so the paint cost is in the customer figure from the start.
Why does the branch ask about trim level for a bumper?
Because bumpers differ by fog lamp provision, parking sensor cut-outs, and facelift year. Two vehicles with the same model name and year can take entirely different bumpers.
